Richard M. Sintchak , BA, Social Sciences (Business, Real Estate Economics) University of California Berkeley. Richard is Da Tang, Ltd.'s Chief Operating Officer and a member of Da Tang, Ltd.'s Board Of Directors. From 1986 through 1990, he was the Senior Securities Trader for Liquidity Financial Investment Corporation (LFIC) of San Francisco. In that position he was responsible for the client portfolios, generated research and analysis reports on targeted securities, negotiated securities trades trough NASD market-makers and broker dealers, and increased the firms securities trading volume by 2,000%. In 1990, he was promoted to vice-president for Institutional Sales with responsibility for designing and implementing securities distribution programs for public offerings of securities. He also was responsible for supervising the asset management for investment funds at LFIC. In 1993, Richard founded his own firm, RMS Consulting and Capital Management, (RMS). He has lived in P.R.China since 1996 and studied Chinese language at Yunnan University in Kunming, P.R.China. He has an intermediate level ability in Chinese. Richard has researched and written a number of articles for Asian financial journals such as The China Trade Report (Far Eastern Economic Review) and Asiaweek. Since coming to Beijing from Kunming in 1998, he has instructed numerous business seminars and courses in such subjects as International Business and Organizational Management Theory. He joined Da Tang, Ltd. as Chief Operating Officer upon the acquisition of RMS by Da Tang, Ltd. in an exchange of shares. Richard is an instructor teaching Level I and Level II programs at Da Tang.
